Refunds

First of all, thanks for purchasing our products at www.wallfame.com operated by Wallfame. We really appreciate your trust in us.

As you can understand, due to the complex nature of our product and because each order is custom we are not able to issue refunds after the package is delivered to the designated address.

The only time we can issue a refund is in the unfortunate case of your order not arriving to your designated address.

Returns

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at creatememories@wallfame.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We are very happy to print your photos again and deliver to you a new package with Re-stickable Frames.
